uhlsport Hellenic League Penn & Tylers Green invite applications for the role of Development Team Head Coach.
They are interested in talking to ambitious coaches who wish to manage a team at this level and to be part of the senior pathway at Penn. The senior pathway at Penn consists of U16s,U18s, Allied Countries, Development and 1st Team and this position is a vital link in this senior pathway.
The successful applicant will work as part of the First Team Coaching Group and alongside the Allied Counties Head Coach to bring young players through the pathway an onto first team football. We are specifically looking for a coach who is focused on player development and ideally someone who can demonstrate a track record of doing this at Allied Counties or Development Team / U23 level.
Coaches should apply with a cover letter / email setting out why thy are interested in the role, how their experience qualifies them for the role what they would bring to the role. You should also include a football CV setting out your playing, coaching and managerial experience with specific focus to your experience of coaching at this stage of the player development pathway
We would expect all applicants to have achieved a minimum of FA level 2 coaching qualifications and ideally Level 3 (UEFA B. The club is committed to providing the players with the best quality of coaching possible and we will actively encourage and fund future coach education programmes for the successful applicant. All applicants must hold a current FA CRC and emergency first aid certificate.
